Janice qualified as a business and life skills coach through Success Factory and has the relevant and necessary certification plus membership to COMENSA - Coaches and Mentors of South Africa.

She has completed a number of courses in life skills and also specialist courses on working with teenagers and young adults. She is a qualified nurse and through being an enterprising entrepreneur has also qualified in and run her own businesses in the areas of Advertising, Public Relations, Recruitment, Events Management, and Property Investment.

Through running her own businesses she has gained a wealth of experience of the inner workings, hierarchy and dynamics of the Corporate and general business world.

She is the mother of two teenagers and completely understands the complexities of parenting and at the same time is aware of and empathises with the realities of actually being a teenager in a very challenging time and environment.

She is passionate about working closely with all levels of people to assist them toward deep introspection and enabling them to have the intent and resolve to look deep within themselves to find their own solutions to issues and obstacles that are blocking the way of their personal success. She encourages them to take ownership and be accountable for their own lives. With specialised coaching techniques she facilitates the process of self discovery and empowerment.

Through her own life and business experiences she has acquired the skills and has the gift of relating to all levels of individuals both in the corporate and non corporate world and using her knowledge, coaching skills and inherent natural empathy, integrity and intuitive ability, she is able to assist people to identify and reach their goals and aspirations whilst unlocking and helping to find solutions to uncovered issues.
